Skill Drain HERO beat

I was planning to run this deck in ACQ last weekend if I can't get hold of the second Gaia Dragoon, luckily I didn't have to bother bout that.

Took a few days off YGO and rebuild this deck into normal format (which means promos are allowed).

Card-Car is a beast in this deck, since I normally set 2 and go if I don't have Airman in my starting hand. Now, I don't need to have Airman in my starting hand.

Having 4 instant plus-1's is nice.

HERO blast is very very much alive now with 3 card cars and 3 dualities to get to your Sparks. Not to mention Blast is a plus-1 in itself.

I'm running 2 copies of CED now but that might be change into Raigeki Break since it deals with threats better. But I still prefer maintaining my advantage.
