Destroying the META

the Malaysian Qualifier for Asian Championship 2010 would be decided on 22nd of November this year.

The time is very strategic, as Absolute Powerforce is release a week earlier (Blue Eyes may make it then). This could be bad for Anti-META players as the ABPF cards may include something that could boost the META (not directly) but it also may have something for our STUN friends , who knows.

The Qualifiers are once again, following South East Asian rule , meaning no Promo of all sorts are usable, only OCG are allowed and the cards must be sleeved in original Konami sleeves(you sure this is a rule?)

the current Malaysian META is simple, some Graveyard BF, some Syncro Undead, some DD GB(mostly pure GB thou) and a lot of ... you guess it, Lightlord. But this makes things simple, 3 Macro mained and 3 of the 4 decks are crippled and the last one can't get his Trolley back. But Breakers at 3 now, together with Lyla at 3 and Gyzarus(or Bestouri) / Bronaic. It just doesn't seems safe. So, why don't I throw in Skill Drain? That leaves only 2 threats, Heavy Storm and MST / Dust Tornado, then pack a butt load of counters or just that simple Prohibition.

This is just a concept deck, I think it could take on the META anytime, why Gaia ? cause he could be summon without tribute if nothing is on hand, thats why there are DDR and Raigeki Break. Zombire is an awesome card, Dark, Warrior, a F'kin Beatstick and a friend to Skill Drain . Mist Archfiend is one of Skill Drain's best buds, in case of emergency, the DD Eye Ball is there just for him(and Gale). Skill Drain is in here for 1 reason only, taking down DD GB!!
