Playing With The Rules

I came across this deck on Shriek's OCG channel, and was amazed and confused about this deck. Apparently, the guy that created this deck, Urarato, is very familiar with the rules of matches. I couldn't understand this deck at all until someone told me a rule that I never knew. I was trully amazed that someone seconded a Tourney by playing with this extra rule.

... After looking at the build, I was like ... What is this ? How did it top? What is the decks winning condition. I was thinking of putting the first 2 duels in a draw and winning in the third. Until I saw this comment.

"If u draw three duels, the 4th duel should be"Extra Duel".
That duel has only 4 turns, and the player has more lifepoints after 4 turns WINs."

I was like : WTF!! This guy is a GOD!! How the hell does his head works?

And hence, the deck's name : "Extra" Win. See the winning conditions yet?
